Giving is Awesome Selection Announcement

First, I want to begin by thanking everyone that took time out of their busy holiday season to nominate someone for my “Giving is Awesome” holiday giveaway! I, along with almost 500 other photographers world-wide, asked for nominations of someone that deserved a little holiday cheer. I received several powerful and beautiful stories of truly inspiring and deserving people that have been or are going through a season of life I can only imagine, and so choosing a single recipient for this gift was incredibly difficult. Please know that I wish I could provide photography for every person/family that desired it, and I - and other photographers - hope to be able to do this giveaway again in the future to bless another person/family that has suffered or sacrificed so much.

First Moments Photography has chosen two very deserving recipients. Our studio was able to select a grand prize and runner up recipient due to the nominating person paying it forward and donating their session back to First Moments Photography. This allowed the studio to be able to select another family for this promotion as a runner up recipient. The giving person who nominated the gift recipient (who would like to stay anonymous) allowed the runner up recipient to receive their complimentary session (total value up to $200).Now THAT is “paying it forward.
